How do I make my purchase?
You can make your purchase through our Online Store.
If the article is unavailable in our online store, or if you would like to have a piece tailor-made, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, please refer the reference of the product, desired size as well as other information that you would like to add or alter any element from an article of clothing. As soon as we receive your email we will contact you, as soon as possible.
How long until I receive my purchase?
In the case of the online store, as soon as we receive your order and payment confirmation, we shall process your delivery between 24H to 48H. As soon as your order is ready to be sent, a message with the delivery details shall be sent.
You should receive the order between 3 to 5 days if delivered within Portugal. For the rest of Europe, delivery is estimated to be around 7 to 10 days.
For tailor-made orders, a period of 2 to 3 weeks of production of the piece of clothing, depending on the request, is estimated. However, during the purchase, we shall deliver an estimation of the delivery date of the article. If you have any doubts, send an email to email@example.com or call (+351) 254 689 160.
How do I take my measurements?
If you want to make a tailor-made order, we will need to know your measurements.
Follow the illustration that shows how they should be taken, however, if you have difficulties in doing so, you can always measure a piece of clothing that suits you.
If measuring a coat, the measurements should be taken with the coat buttoned up.

How to take care of my Capuchinhas clothing?
All Capuchinhas pieces are made with delicate materials and we suggest that they are not machine washed. Neither should they be machine dried.
Linen: should be washed by hand with neutral soap.
Wool: should be washed by hand in cold water with a softener.
Burel: Dry cleaned.
